Request deletion by email
You can request account deletion without reinstalling the game. Email Inverno3darte@gmail.com with the subject Tricky Piles account deletion. Tell us the Google email address you used to sign in to Tricky Piles. We will verify account ownership and confirm when deletion is complete. Never send your password, sign-in codes or payment details.
Delete inside the game
In a version that supports Google accounts, open Settings, expand your account's Nickname section, then open Delete account. Read the explanation and confirm the delete button twice. You must be signed in to that account and connected to the internet. The game confirms when deletion has finished; if it cannot confirm, reconnect and retry.
What deletion removes
Deletion permanently removes your Tricky Piles account identity, chosen nickname, cloud progress, private level times and level results linked to that account. In-app deletion also clears that account's saved progress and checkpoint on the device used to delete it. Deletion cannot be undone. Account deletion does not run when you update the game or sign in.
Your Google account and Google Play purchases remain. Earlier guest results have a separate random player id and are not linked to your Google account. For guest-data requests, describe when and which levels you played so we can try to identify the records.
Other devices and backups
Server deletion cannot remotely erase copies on offline devices or backups managed by Android. Clear the game's local data and remove any Android backup you no longer want to keep. Signing out, resetting progress and uninstalling are separate from deleting your account.
